Magnificent 200 m² 4* Family Villa
Very beautiful air-conditioned and modern 200 m² 4* villa, carefully decorated, located in a secure area 5 minutes from the beaches of Calla Rossa and St Cyprien (Cabanon Bleu/Blue Shed) and 5 minutes from downtown Porto-Vecchio and the port. You can access Benedettu Beach on foot in a few minutes.
You can get here via a secondary road (Restaurant Le Figuier) that avoids all the traffic jams in the summer. Many shops are within walking distance (Super U and Utile supermarkets, Chez Eva fruit & vegetable merchant, Rotisserie and cooked meals at Chez Francky, Le Figuer and La Bocca restaurants, and more).
The house accommodates up to 12 people and includes 5 bedrooms: 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (160 cm bed), 1 air-conditioned parental suite (160 cm bed) with dressing room, shower room and TV, 1 double bedroom (140 cm bed), which can be independent, 1 dormitory with 3 bunk beds (90 cm beds) and 1 sofa bed (140 cm bed) in a second living area with kitchen, which can be independent, a very well-equipped games room, 4 bathrooms and several relaxation areas outside.
The American kitchen is very functional, the games room is equipped with a TV, XBOX, and table football, books and board games for all ages, etc.
The swimming pool with balneotherapy corner and counter-current swimming, heated out of season, is secured by an alarm and the deckchairs located on either side will provide you with absolute relaxation in a very pleasant space.
