Equipped with a large living room, with full kitchen, pots and pans, sofa bed, 2 TVs, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment has wifi (free), washing machine, air conditioning system with convectors in each room, bed linen and bathroom. Internal parking. Within a radius of 300 m there are supermarkets, medical guard, bars, tobacconists, service station, laundry, pharmacy, etc.
It is a few hundred meters from the historic center and the east and west coasts, which can be reached in a few minutes.
