Villa "Les Mimosas"
The villa is set in a garden with mimosa trees, a place where we have spent many happy hours. Everything is new, with comfort and well being in mind. The main living room and dining room is light and sunny and looks onto the garden and woodland beyond.

This comfortable and newly equipped family villa (beds and furniture and kitchen equipment and appliances). A large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, oven, hob and microwave, coffee maker, kettle. There is a television, DVD, lots of books and some children's games.

Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 are double rooms and 2 are twin rooms. A cot and highchair can be provided and there is a bathroom and a shower room.

The garden and terrace are equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers.

Former renters with young children have called it: "the house of happyness".

Set between the Ocean and the Bassin d'Arcachon, within walking distance of the Basin, this family villa is situated in a quiet residential area close to village shops and oyster-producer wooden houses. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the Ocean is 15 minutes walk and 10 minutes ride.
Vast sandy beaches on the Atlantic side. Great for body boarding and surfing, riding, walking and bike rides. On the Bassin side, the beach is wonderful for young children, and the water is calm and suitable for swimming.
