Vous pourrez également vous garer aisément dans notre quartier (rarement à plus de 50 m du studio !), tout en pouvant rayonner rapidement vers les autres sites renommés des Alpes Françaises (le lac d'Annecy bien sûr, avec ses routes et villages pittoresques, Chamonix et le Mont Blanc, les stations de ski des Aravis, Aix-les-Bains et le lac du Bourget...) ainsi que Genève et le lac Léman.
Les amateurs de vélo pourront emprunter les nombreuses pistes cyclables pour circuler en ville et le long du lac (piste cyclable de 40 km), sans parler des cols alpins...

Just a small correction on the estimated time to rally off the very center of Annecy which is 800m or Old Town at 1 200m ... We estimate the travel time closer to 15 minutes.
