We therefore ask our tenants to be as respectful as possible in order to guarantee the well-being of the neighborhood, especially in terms of noise. The rental is not a place conducive to the organization of parties or private parties.
House with 6 individual beds possible, comprising a separate kitchen, living room, bathroom with open shower, double washbasin.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (joined or separated) and 1 single bed, 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
The garden is enclosed with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Cellar for 6 bikes. Free parking spaces in front of the house.
30 minutes away, the Ecomuseum and Park of the Little Prince, Colmar and Mulhouse, Neuf-brisach, the wine and crest route, various historical sites, more than 40 museums, the Ballon des Vosges park, Eguisheim, the Rhine, the Germany and Switzerland.
Il s'agit d'une maison mitoyenne dans un quartier résidentiel.
De ce fait, nous demandons à nos locataires d'être le plus respectueux possible afin de garantir le bien-être du voisinage, notamment au niveau sonore. La location n'est pas un lieu propice à l'organisation de fêtes ou de soirées privées.
L'entrée dans la maison se fait par un demi-palier avec 8 marches. Vous trouverez une pièce d'eau dans l'entrée.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve le salon (avec un canapé lit), la cuisine et la salle de bains.
L'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier en bois d'environ 15 marches et vous trouverez les 2 chambres (1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple et 1 chambre avec 3 lits simples).
Le jardin est clos avec terrasse, salon de jardin et barbecue. Cave pour 6 vélos. Places de parking gratuites devant la maison.
