We offer a week-long rental (Saturday to Saturday) an old farmhouse in southern Tuscany, facing Volterra.

It is possible to rent the house in its entirety or by apartment.

Tollena is a fully restored former Tuscan farmhouse.
The house is located in the countryside in southern Tuscany in front of Volterra with a 360 degree view of the surrounding area.

The capacity of the house is for 19 people. The house is divided into several apartments each one equipped with a kitchen. A large room and a large kitchen are available to groups. The house is intended to be rented as a whole from Saturday to Saturday for family groups.

A swimming pool is available to tenants. A guard is present on site to ensure the safety of the tenants.

Nous proposons une ancienne ferme Toscane divisée en plusieurs appartements avec cuisine ainsi qu'une grande salle commune elle même équipée d'une cuisine pour les groupes de famille. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes.

Maison en pleine campagne, vue à 360°, calme absolu et garanti. Idéal pour réunion de familles et/ou groupes.

Possibilité de louer la maison dans son entier pour les groupes (juillet et août) mais aussi par appartement.

Pour la location par appartement, le prix de base est de 30 euros par jour et par personne. Prix TTC incluant la TVA de 22% ainsi que le menage, les draps et les serviettes.

Le prix affiché est sur la base de 4 personnes, equivalent a la capacite d'acceuil du plus petit des appartements.

Pour les groupes et la location de la maison dans son ensemble le prix est de 3600 a 3900 euros TTC. Prix TTC incluant la TVA de 22% ainsi que le menage, les draps et les serviettes.
