This living room, with open kitchen, sitting area around a central Focus wood stove, is perfectly suitable for family holidays or with friends.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own shower room. The very spacious entrance/garage on the ground floor has a ski boot-dryer, ski rack and laundry. The outdoor spa offers moments of relaxation with an exceptional view of the mountains around.

Cette pièce à vivre, avec cuisine ouverte, coin salon autour d'un poêle central est parfaitement adapté aux vacances familiales ou entre amis. Toutes les chambres à coucher possèdent une salle d'eau. Punta Nera is located at the entrance to the Valfréjus resort in a quiet area. The nearest chairlift is 200m away (Charmasson piste). You can return on skis up to 200m from the chalet.
The Charmasson-piste is equipped with snow cannons.
The center of Valfréjus with all its shops, bars & restaurants is about 400m away.
The summer season offers lots of walks and hikes directly from the chalet: Massif du Thabor, Sarazins etc.
Punta Nera est situé à l'entrée de la station de Valfréjus dans un quartier tranquille et le télésiège le plus proche se trouve à 200m (piste de Charmasson). Le retour à ski est possible jusqu'a 200m du chalet. La piste de Charmasson est équipée de canons-neige. Le centre de Valfréjus avec tous ses commerces, bars & restaurants se trouve à environ 400m. La saison d'été nombre de ballades et randonnées partent depuis le chalet : Massif du Thabor, Sarazins etc.

After leaving the A43 motorway at Modane, it's only 10 km to reach Valfréjus. The Paris-Milan TGV stops at Modane railway-station, then you have shuttles or taxis to Valfréjus (only in winter season).
The nearest airports are Turin, Chambéry, Lyon and Geneva.
