We had a divine stay and we will come back.
Quiet building at the beginning of July, large and uncrowded swimming pool.
Apart from the wind which cooled us when we were wet: everything was perfect.
The staff at the Principal agency are very pleasant and helpful.
The owners are charming and available.
We really enjoyed these 2 weeks.
However, if I may allow myself 2-3 remarks:
We did not eat on the balcony because the garden furniture is in very poor condition. The legs of the chairs are threatening to collapse and the table is hardly in better condition. The furniture really needs to be renewed.
Overall, the apartment seemed clean but the kitchen hood was really dirty, the top of the fridge when we arrived was dirty too.
I had to bleach the floors of the 2 bathrooms myself because the joints were very dirty, especially around the toilets.
Finally, there is a lack of storage space in the kitchen to store our groceries. We had to store everything on the worktop because there was no storage cupboard available! Neither in the kitchen, nor in the dining room.
These few negative points did not prevent usto spend a pleasant vacation because the apartment is very good. It's also a shame that there are no shutters, this would limit the heat and the use of air conditioning, especially since it's more pleasant for sleeping.
On the other hand, the follow-up of our vacation was impeccable, as well as the precision of the information which was very useful to us. We appreciated the seriousness of the owners and their kindness during our discussions.
We will definitely be back.

It has a large balcony facing the pool, with table and chairs.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
Access to the communal pool.
Supermarket very close.
Optimum location and in good condition, close to the beach, supermarkets and with the possibility of using the bar and swimming pool at the Bayside resort.
Huge room, spacious rooms as well as WC's.
Custom kitchen, very well equipped. I suggest, however, a refrigerator with greater freezing capacity (more spacious and more modern). Another difficulty lies in the lack of a small space to function as a pantry.
I loved it, probably to repeat!
Everything is there for a great stay.
We loved the terrace and admired beautiful sunsets.
