On the mezzanine floor there is a large living room with sea view with double sofa bed adjacent to the eat-in kitchen with sea view, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom with second folding bed, 2 complete bathrooms, veranda with sea view relaxation areas. On the ground floor there is another accommodation with sleeping area with double bed and single bed, a third bathroom and a kitchenette.The villa has large outdoor spaces, swimming pool with relaxation area
Confortevole villa con fronte mare, in località Torre Suda, ad appena 50 metri dal mare, caratterizzato da scogliera bassa con facile accesso e un lido con tutti i servizi (Solatio).
La villa risulta cosi composta: al piano rialzato il corpo centrale dotato di ampio soggiorno vista mare con divano letto matrimoniale adiacente alla cucina abitabile vista mare, zona notte composta da una camera da letto singola, una matrimoniale e una doppia con secondo letto pieghevole , due bagni completi, veranda con zone relax vista mare.
Al piano terra si trova un altro alloggio cosi composto: zona notte con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo ideale per tre posti letto, un terzo bagno e un angolo cottura.
La struttura è inoltre dotata di ampi spazi esterni, con verande attrezzate, piscina tubolare con ombrellone e zone relax in area vista mare, posto auto riservato in garage.
Dalla struttura si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro della località, molto vivace, animato da eventi, sagre, serate musicali e vari locali e ritrovi affacciati sul mare; in 10 minuti di auto e/o bus Gallipoli e i suoi lidi. Si accettano animali domestici di piccola taglia (previsto un piccolo supplemento per sanificazione dell’alloggio per presenza animali ). Consigliata a coppie e famiglie. La prima spiaggia di sabbia, in Mancaversa, è a soli 4 km, mentre la prima spiaggia di sabbia di Gallipoli " Punta Pizzo" a soli 5 km.

I consumi di acqua e gas sono inclusi; data l’emergenza energetica, i consumi elettrici sono inclusi fino ad un congruo tetto limite, oltre il quale è richiesto pagamento in loco della differenza, come da lettura del contatore( sarà fornita lettura al check in e check out)
