I invite you to look at the prices of villas with swimming pool and a large garden 2 minutes from the beach in August in the Algarve for 14 people.
Then you will see that you have benefited from a very good price.
The villa is modular, it is clearly indicated on the advert that it is possible to rent it from 6 to 14 people, and obviously the price is different depending on the number of people and the number of rooms occupied.
I explained it to you and you completely agreed.
Mrs. returned the villa to us with two soiled and unrepairable pillows, and a hair dryer was missing.
After checking online, we have shown Mrs. Céline that the price of this hair dryer was €49 and not €20 as she claims.
We agreed to keep hers as she suggested to us, to make things easier.
We gave him his full deposit back.
In addition, we had informed this lady that the gardener would come at the end of the week to maintain the garden so that the tenants could continue to enjoy a magnificent garden.
But on her own, this lady decided thatSurely it wasn't the right time or it bothered them, and without telling me or asking my permission, Mrs. Céline decided to fire the gardeners.
Return of the gardener after their departure: These are people with no education.
I will no longer accept these people in our villa.

Je vous invite à regarder les prix des villas avec piscine et un grand jardin à 2 minutes de la plage au mois d'août en Algarve pour 14 personnes.
Alors vous pourrez constater que vous avez bénéficié d'un très bon prix.
La villa étant modulable, il est clairement indiqué sur l'annonce qu'il est possible de la louer de 6 à 14 personnes, et bien évidement le prix est différent suivant le nombre de personnes et le nombre de chambres occupées.
Je vous l'avais expliqué et vous étiez tout à fait d'accord.
Mme nous a rendu la villa avec deux oreillers salis et irrécupérables, et il manquait un sèche cheveux.
Nous avons fait constater après vérification sur internet à Mme Céline que le prix de ce sèche cheveux était de 49€ et non 20€ comme elle le prétend.
Nous avons accepté pour arranger les choses de garder le sien comme elle nous l'a proposé.
Nous lui avons rendu la totalité de sa caution.
De plus, nous avions signalé à cette dame que le jardinier passerait en fin de semaine pour entretenir le jardin afin que les locataires puissent continuer à profiter d'un magnifique jardin.
Mais de son propre chef, cette dame a décidé que surement ce n’était pas le bon moment ou que cela les dérangeait, et sans m'en parler ou me demander l'autorisation, Mme Céline a décidé de virer les jardiniers.
Retour du jardinier après leur départ: Ce sont des gens avec aucune éducation.
Je n'accepterais plus ces personnes dans notre villa.
