No, I do not have a boiler because for info (!!!), a boiler runs either fuel oil or gas and at home (as very often in the mountains), I am all electric, included in the price of location. Of course with a statement because I do not want tenants leave all open windows with convectors below ....
As for hot water, there is a 300 liter bath heater (floor-to-ceiling), the more I can not! It is written in my notice that you have to wait until it warms up when you take too many showers or baths at the same time. Especially when we do several balneos in the day. This is an individual chalet and not an apartment (!!!) and you are the first to complain. For heating, the cleaning lady told me that you had cut the convectors in some rooms ??? why do you complain about being cold ??? Afraid to exceed your consumption package ??? You only took half of it ...

Non, je n'ai pas de chaudière car pour info (!!!), une chaudière fonctionne soit au fuel, soit au gaz et chez moi (comme très souvent en montagne), je suis en tout électrique, compris dans le prix de la location. Avec bien sûr un relevé car je ne souhaite pas que les locataires laissent toutes les fenêtres ouvertes avec les convecteurs en-dessous....
Concernant l'eau chaude, il y a un chauffe-bain de 300 litres (du sol au plafond), plus je ne peux pas ! Il est écrit dans ma notice qu'il faut attendre qu'il se réchauffe quand on prend trop de douches ou de bains en même temps. Surtout quand on fait plusieurs balnéos dans la journée. Il s'agit d'un chalet individuel et non d'un appartement (!!!) et vous êtes les premiers à vous en plaindre. Pour le chauffage, la femme de ménage m'a signalé que vous aviez coupé les convecteurs dans certaines pièces ??? pourquoi vous plaindre d'avoir eu froid ??? Peur de dépasser votre forfait consommation ??? Vous n'en avez pris que la moitié...
