Située sous une pinède, c'est un ancien cabanon des années 30 refait à neuf en 1998. La maison est sur la plage et bénéficie d'un site exceptionnel car très rare à trouver.
C'est un hameau entre mer et marais salants changés en réserve ornithologique exceptionnelle.Vous vous trouvez aussi dans un village avec ses commerces: supermarché, magasins de légumes , fruits , boulangeries(2) boucheries(2),location de vélos , marchands d'équipement marin, restaurants, terrains de boules ...
La villa n'est pas meublée comme une maison de vacances car elle était une résidence principale.
