Capacity for 5 people. With community swimming pool (12x5), community parking and large garden. Covered terrace with table, chairs and portable barbecue. On the ground floor we find the terrace, living room with pellet stoves, TV. A bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a hob and electric oven, refrigerator. On the first floor we find a double bedroom with two single beds together, another double bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub.
Es una urbanización muy tranquila y agradable. Capaciadad para 5 personas. Con piscina comunitaria (12x5), parking comunitario y amplio jardín. Terraza cubierta con mesa, sillas y barbacoa portátil.
   En la planta baja encontramos la terraza, salón-comedor con estufa de pellets, TV. Un baño con ducha y la cocina con encimera y horno eléctrico, frigorífico, lavadora, microondas, cafetera italiana, tostadora y menaje.
  En la primera planta encontramos un dormitorio doble con dos camas individuales juntas, otro dormitorio doble con dos camas individuales y otro dormitorio con una cama individual. Un baño con bañera.
