The Mini Villa is surrounded by olive and pine trees, has a private enclosed garden of 40 sqm, equipped with deckchairs, parasol and stone BBQ, with a terrace of 12sqm from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view over the bay of St. Cyprien.
Reserved parking in front of the garden gate and next to an additional relaxation area.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe; in the living room there is a convenient sofa bed (for 2 guests), a TV, and a second wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and crockery for more than 4 people. There are also coffee machines (moka and French), toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer.
In the bathroom with shower and shower, there is a washing machine.
Located in a great position to reach both the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica and the natural parks with the lake of Ospedali
La Mini Villa è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere sia le bellissime spiagge del sud della Corsica, sia i parchi naturali
e i laghi. La casa,climatizzata, è immersa nel verde di ulivi e pini , ha un giardino privato di 40 mq, chiuso e attrezzato con sdraio, ombrellone e BBQ in muratura; dalla sua terrazza di 12mq si gode di una impagabile vista mare sulla baia di St. Cyprien. Il parcheggio riservato è di fronte al cancello del giardino e accanto ad una ulteriore area relax.In camera da letto c'è un grande letto matrimoniale, un ventilatore a soffitto e un armadio a muro; in soggiorno c'è un comodo clic-clac ( per 2) , la TV e un secondo armadio. La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, bicchieri , posate e stoviglie per più di 4 persone. Sono presenti anche macchine da caffè(moka e francese), tostapane, bollitore, forno a microonde, piano di cottura in vetroceramica, lavastoviglie frigorifero+ congelatore. In bagno c'è la doccia, la doccetta igienica, la lavatrice.

The mini villa is close to the beach of San Ciprianu (10 minutes walk), and a horse-riding centre is easily reachable on foot.
Excellent location to reach the beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica. In the bay of St.Cyprien at 2km you can enjoy various activities (diving, water skiing, jet skis, windsurfing etc.). Portovecchio with shopping centres, shops, the marina and the beautiful old village, is only 7km away.
La minivilla è vicino alla spiaggia di San Ciprianu( 10-15 minuti a piedi ), un centro equestre ( Country Horse) è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi.Gode di una posizione ottimale per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge della Corsica del Sud. Nella baia di St.Cyprien distante 2km si possono praticare svariate attività (immersioni, sci d'acqua, moto d'acqua, windsurf etc . ) . Portovecchio con i Centri Commerciali, negozi,il porto turistico e il bellissimo borgo antico, è a soli 7km.

Getting there
From the roundabout to the village of Sant Cyprien, continue towards Pinarello for almost 2 km. In front of "Country Horse" on the left, there is the sign to Residence I Caselli, follow the signs and after a few meters turn right to enter the private road of the residence.
Follow the unique direction and before a large gate turn right again -uphill- a few tens of meters and you arrive at the reserved parking Nr. 12 located in front of the minivilla.
Dalla rotonda per il paesino di Saint Cyprien , proseguire verso Pinarello per quasi 2 km. Di fronte a "Country Horse" a sinistra c'è l'indicazione per Residence I Caselli , seguirla e dopo pochi metri girare a destra per entrare nella strada privata del residence.Seguire il senso unico e prima di un grande cancello girare nuovamente a destra -in salita- poche decine di metri e si arriva al parcheggio riservato Nr. 12 che si trova di fronte alla MiniVilla.
