The accommodation is located in a very well maintained complex, quiet and close to public transport (bus and tram) to the center of Alicante in about 25 minutes. Various remote supermarket of 800 - 1000 meters.
We found a great apartment, clean and tidy, with a very sunny and a super-equipped kitchen. Stunning sea views from the terrace. Wi-Fi connection very good.
Unfortunately there is no heating system, but only one place in the room air conditioner that was not necessary to use because this environment, along with the kitchen, is the warmest. Useful electrical heaters in both bathrooms.
Fortunately the outside temperature remained mild and we have enough experienced a bit 'cold only a couple of days in the bedroom.
We had the pleasant surprise to find the two bathrooms equipped with bidet (which was not reported in the ad). Unfortunately they were not well functioning and therefore not usable.
Overall great quality / price ratio. Certainly to be recommended to all.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
I was charming and undoubtedly will recommend.
I will recommend it to anyone.

We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the tram to get to the center of Alicante.
The welcome from the owner, the availability of the lady who takes care of the keys (and other small issue that can have) were particularly appreciated.
