Pretty studio as advertised, clean, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Rental more suitable for young people than seniors (indoor dining table on high stools, fortunately a normal dining table is located on the terrace), and above all, as already reported by an occupant in 2018 on this site, a sofa bed that is not at all comfortable despite the mattress topper, requiring a lot of grip to handle it, and requiring you to push the heavy glass table in the living room to unfold it).
