The apartment is located on the ground floor of a splendid villa located on the beach immediately outside the lively city of Avola and a few kilometers from Noto, the pearl of Sicilian baroque.
The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is the ideal location for families or couples looking for a romantic break. It has direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Sicilian coast and a large private garden with a gazebo where guests can relax, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Indoors the apartment (60 Sqm) is welcoming and bright. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom (a second bathroom is located in the garden). The kitchen is equipped with every comfort (tableware, fridge, gas stove, microwave oven); tablecloths, bed linen and bath towels are included in the price as well as the use of a washing-machine.
Parking space is available immediately outside the villa.

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra di una splendida villa situata sulla spiaggia, nelle immediate vicinanze della vivace cittadina di Avola e a pochi chilometri da Noto, gioiello del Barocco siciliano.
L’appartamento è stato di recente rinnovato ed è la perfetta location per una tranquilla vacanza con la famiglia o per una fuga romantica in coppia. Ha accesso diretto ad una delle più belle spiagge della costa siciliana e un ampio giardino privato attrezzato con gazebo, barbecue, e doccia esterna.
All’interno, l’appartamento è accogliente e luminoso: ha una superficie totale di 60 mq e presenta una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto doppia e un bagno ( il secondo bagno è situato nel giardino); la cucina è dotata di ogni comfort (stoviglie, frigorifero, fornelli a gas, forno a microonde); il tovagliato, le lenzuola e le asciugamani sono incluse nel prezzo, così come l’uso della lavatrice.
Il posto auto è disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze della villa.
Villa Buendia, grazie alla sua straordinaria posizione, vi offre la possibilità di mettere insieme cultura e mare : non mancate di visitare le città barocche di Siracusa (27 km), Noto (6Km), Modica(46km) e Ragusa Ibla (60 km); godetevi le bellezze naturali di Cava Grande del Cassibile (14 Km), Vendicari (14 Km) e Pantalica (54km); fate una passeggiata nell’incantevole borgo di pescatori di Marzamemi (27 km) o semplicemente godetevi una giornata di relax sulla splendida spiaggia dorata di Cicirata e fate un bagno nel nostro limpido mare blu.

The apartment is clean and tidy, also the possibility of using two bathrooms (one of which is external) as well as a shower and washes in the garden, the patio with table and barbecue, the Wi-Fi, are all the pluses that not always they are found together in a holiday rental house.
The convenience of having the beach just outside the house is unmatched, plus you can find a small beach with deck chairs and umbrellas really close.
Last but not least Mrs. Angela was very kind is present for all our needs.

The beach is very close as shown. Although beach is well cared for, clean and never too crowded. The location of the house is perfect in order to plan daily excursions to beaches and beautiful places that the area offers. Recommended "drudgery " to reach Cava Grande ... a haven from the Blue Lagoon. Great holiday ... it starts with just a thought ... to be redone!
