Ideally located, it will delight lovers of golf, hiking and horse-riding, and you can stroll and enjoy the local produce available at the Sarzeau market, not forgetting the sailing school at the end of the beach!
On one level, this house of about 70 m² is composed of a bright living room, a very pleasant living room with sea view, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), a granite bar to share convivial moments for the aperitif, able to accommodate 4 travellers very comfortably.
