CHALET TO RENT NEAR BRIANÇON
LOCATION D'UN STUDIO À PROXIMITÉ DE BRIANÇON
The chalet is 4 km from Briançon and Serre-Chevalier and 12 km from Briançon and Montgenevre, where you can access one of the most famous and popular ski slope departures. Near the chalet, there are many departures to discover the nature, the landscape.
Il s'agit d'un studio situé au "rez-de-jardin" d'un chalet, entouré d'espaces verts ; vous y apprécierez son calme. Il est idéal pour 2 personnes mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes maximum, avec un supplément au-delà de 2 personnes (supplément de 7 € par nuit et par personne supplémentaire). La pièce principale comporte un canapé convertible en lit 2 places confortable (marque DIVA, matelas Zipflex haute résilience 13 cm, 35 kg/m3), un "coin cuisine" entièrement équipé et un "coin repas". Une grande baie vitrée s'ouvre sur la terrasse et le jardin. Deux lits superposés se trouvent dans le "coin montagne". La salle d'eau est équipée d'un lavabo, d'une cabine de douche et d'un WC. Enfin, plusieurs placards permettent le rangements des affaires.
Si plusieurs semaines de locations consécutives : 10 % de réduction sur la 2ème semaine.
Le studio est équipé d'un lecteur de DVD et de clé USB. Wifi disponible.
Location possible le week-end (2 nuits, du vendredi au dimanche, sur la base de 2 personnes et uniquement hors période de vacances scolaires) : 100 €
Prêt de raquettes à neige à la demande.
