The holiday house newly built in 2007 affords a fabulous view of the Haff and the Rerik harbour. You can enjoy privacy and the amenities of a small holiday complex on the site of around 1000m².

The generous, stylish and comfortably furnished living and dining room is rounded off by a big terrace with a wonderful view of the Haff and the Baltic Sea. There is private access only for guests from the site to the Salzhaff. Enjoy the sea air and sunshine amidst nature and the sea.

You can drive up to the house directly by car and a parking space is reserved just for you. There is a little garden shed right by the house where you can store beach toys and other items. You can sore coats and shoes in the entrance area, which provides access to the open living and dining room with a conservatory. The open kitchen with modern appliances provides everything you could wish for: a dishwasher (especially quiet), a ceramic hob with an electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and tastefully selected crockery with matching accessories, so that you can feel at home. The upper area has two comfortably furnished bedrooms and a child's travel bed. Both bedrooms feature a balcony and a wonderful view of the Haff and the Baltic Sea. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with a shower and WC, while the ground floor has a second WC with a washbasin.

The beautiful Baltic Sea town of Rerik is right by the Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, very close to the well-known Baltic Sea town of Kühlungsborn. It belongs to Bad Doberan and has a particularly beautiful landscape, between the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. This little residence is right by the Salzhaff, with a fabulous view of the Haff and the Baltic Sea, right by the promenade. Enjoy sheer relaxation or sports activities: golf, hiking, swimming, surfing and visiting many places of interest.
