The flat is located in the centre of Menton, exactly 20 metres from the sea and very close to all the shops. The balcony overlooks the lively pedestrian street.
It consists of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe, a large living room with a green sofa bed (140x200), dining table, sideboard and kitchenette with dishwashing machine and induction plate
A beautiful bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, hot and cold air conditioning. Free internet and TNT.
We have a baby bed available.
Two beach umbrellas, 2 beach mattresses and 2 folding beach chairs are available.
The flat is situated on the 2nd floor (40 steps of 10 cm.), very easy to climb. There is plenty of paid parking very close to the house and plenty of free parking in Rue Isola, Rue de la Marne and Rue De Gréville (5 minutes walk) from the flat.
At 50 meters, the underground car park "Hôtel de Ville" offers very interesting packages. To load and unload your luggage you can park your car in Rue Honorine 50 meters from the building.
Because of Covid19, the flat is completely sanitized at each change of guest.
L'appartement est situé en plein centre de Menton, exactement 20 mètres de la mer dans un petit bâtiment tipyque, très proche de tous les commerces. Le balcon donne sur la vivacité de la Rue piétonne. Il se compose d'une belle chambre à coucher avec un grand lit (160 x 200) et un plaquard , un grand salon avec un canapé-lit vert (140x200), la table à manger, le buffet et le coin cuisine avec lave-vaisselle. Une belle salle de bain avec douche WC et lave linge, klima chaud et froid. Internet gratuit et TNT. Lit bébé sur demande. Un parasols, 2 matelas de plage , 2 chaises pliantes de plage à disposition. L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage (40 marches de 10 cm.) très faciles à monter.

The flat overlooks the pedestrian area surrounded by many shops, restaurants and crêperies. Every morning, Sundays included, the Halles market opens its doors to the local produce. But you will be also next to the Cocteau Museum and the Palais de l'Europe with all its exhibitions.
You can experience the Lemon Festival by walking through the streets or watching it from the balcony.
Very close to the Promenade du Soleil and 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Les Sablettes.
L'appartement donne sur la Rue Piétonne animée le jour et le soir, surtout l'été , au milieu de tous les commerces, les restaurants, les crêperies. Tous les matins, dimanches comprises, le marché des Halles ouvre ses portes aux produits du terroir. Mais aussi à côté du Musée Cocteau , et du Palais de l'Europe avec toutes ses expositions.

You can reach Menton by motorway exit Menton, from the motorway exit go straight on until the Casino, turn left again straight on until the beginning of the traffic-free area.
By plane to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport then bus n.80 stop Menton-Casino or free tramway to railway station Nice St.Augustin -Gare de Menton, then 5 minutes walk or go up on the free Navette Verte 3rd stop Saint Michel, cross the street, pass the passage Saint Michel and in front of you is the main door of the building
