Holiday home 200mt from beach, with all amenities!
Casa vacanze a 200mt dalla spiaggia e con tutti i comfort!
Ground floor apartment in a very nice residence, fully furnished and equipped in a quiet area but just a few steps from the beach!
We are 200 meters from the sandy beach, suitable for children, and very convenient to all the main services, shops, even from the bus stop so you don't need the car!
It consists of living room/kitchen, 1 double bedroom,1 twin bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside there's a small nice garden and a private veranda for outdoor dining. We provide all house linen for free, plus all accessories and cooking utensils, including microwave, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, etc.
Even very young children are welcome, and we provide a cot with bed linen free for children up to 4 years old.
Possibility to rent mountain bike.
We also provide exclusive discounts for ferry tickets.

4 posti letto, composto di cucina soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, camera 2 letti singoli , bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Giardinetto di proprietà, veranda privata, spazio per mangiare all'aperto, con mobili da giardino.
