Two bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, outdoor area for eating and relaxing, well ventilated and protected from the sun, plus additional sink, stone barbecue and the second very spacious outdoor shower.
Located on the first floor with private entrance from the ground floor.
Living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchenette with dishes, plates, glasses, pots, broom, buckets, etc., bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. An air conditioner and washing machine, plus free public parking right in front of the house.
The area is ideal for children and families with children.
All services (supermarket, pharmacy, pizzerias, ATMs, etc.) are easily accessible in a few minutes walk.

Appartamento luminosissimo situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia (90/150 metri).
Questo intimo e accogliente appartamento dispone di uno scoperto antistante, dotato di un comodo barbecue e di impianto di illuminazione, tavolo e sedie. Si può mangiare, giocare all'aperto in tutta tranquillità anche per i bambini.
La struttura è un appartamento indipendente, completamente recintato. Si accede dal cancello antistante dove è presente un bel giardino fiorito. All'ingresso, dentro casa, una cucina con piano cottura totalmente attrezzato con forno, lavabo, pensili e mobili con all'interno tutti gli utensili per mangiare, frigorifero con freezer, una zona pranzo con un comodo tavolo in legno allungabile e un divano. Di fronte una confortevole camera da letto doppia e sul lato sinistro un bagno (wc, bidet, lavandino e doccia). A seguire una favolosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale.

San Foca Il piccolo borgo di pescatori di San Foca si trasforma in estate in una vivace località turistica che vanta la Bandiera Blu e le 5 Vele di Legambiente.
La lunga spiaggia dei Brigantini dove, a poche decine di metri dalla battigia, spuntano dal blu alcuni faraglioni isolati.
A sud si apre l’insenatura degli Aranci con la sua sabbia finissima incorniciata dalla bassa scogliera.
