In the middle of the bay of St Malo and St Brieuc, Plevenon Cap Frehel is a magnificent peninsula bordered by beaches of yellow and fine sand, creeks and rugged and wild coasts, still sheltered from the concreting of our coasts.
St Malo and St Brieuc are 35 kms away, Dinan the medieval town is 30 kms away.
The property, part of a house, is entirely new; it is situated in a large park of 6000m², planted with trees and flowers. Facing due south, entirely on one level, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room. In front of the property is a private terrace with garden furniture for sunbathing.

Le gîte, partie d'une maison, est entièrement neuf; Il est situé dans un grand parc de 6000m², arboré et fleuri. Orienté plein sud, entièrement de plain- pied, il est constitué d'un grand séjour salon coin cuisine, de deux chambres, d'une salle d'eau. Devant le gîte, une terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et bains de soleil vous attend.
