The house is near the beach "La Cinta", the "Isuledda" Bay, the town center and restaurants. It has 2 large bedrooms, spacious wardrobes and air conditioning.
The house can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The kitchen / living room is spacious and comfortable. There is a sofa, TV (32"), microwave, food processor, plates, glasses and cutlery. The gardens have tables, chairs and sofa for outdoor use. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Perfect for couples and families. 20 min airport.
La Casa si trova vicino la spiaggia "La Cinta", la baia "Isuledda", il centro e ristoranti tipici della zona.
E' composta da 2 ampie camere, armadi comodi e capienti ed aria condizionata.
Gli spazi sono adatti per ospitare comodamente 4 adulti. Ogni stanza ha le sue finestre ed è indipendente. Il giardino posteriore è assolutamente riservato.
La cucina/soggiorno è spaziosa e confortevole, è munita di divano, TV LCD 40" + SAT, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, piatti, bicchieri e posate in abbondanza.
I giardini hanno sedie tavoli e divano da esterno.
Comodo bagno con box doccia, phon ed una lavatrice.
Ottima la sicurezza: c'è un estintore ed il kit di primo soccorsoi.
La casa è dotata di una autonoma riserva di acqua di oltre 4000 litri.
Assolutamente adatto a coppie e famiglie. Aeroporto a soli 20 minuti.

The house is located in the tourist center of San Teodoro. The area is quiet and private even though only 300 meters from the center.
From the house you can quickly reach the night walk and the biggest market in the area (which is also the cheapest!). We are near Cinta beach and Isuledda Bay.
Easy to get to Cala d'Ambra. The area is full of shops and restaurants.
La casa si trova nel centro turistico di San Teodoro. La zona è tranquilla e riservata pur se a soli 300 metri dal Centro. Dalla casa si raggiunge rapidamente la passeggiata notturna ed il più grande market della zona (che è anche il più economico!). Ci troviamo vicino la spiaggia della Cinta e la Baia isuledda. Facilmente raggiungibile anche cala d'Ambra.
La zona è ricca di negozi e ristoranti tipici.

Getting there
From Olbia take the SS 131 towards Nuoro. After about 20km exit at San Teodoro. From the main road, via Sardinia, continue towards the center; intersection with night ztl turn right and continue 200 meters until via Genoa. You can also get to San Teodoro by coach or bus; the terminal is 300 meters walk.
Da Olbia prendere la strada statale 131 in direzione Nuoro. Dopo circa 20km uscire a San Teodoro. Dalla strada principale, via Sardegna, proseguire verso il centro; all'incrocio con la ZTL notturna girare a destra e proseguire 200mt fino a via Genova snc. È possibile giungere in San Teodoro anche con il bus corriera; dal terminal sono 300 mt a piedi.
