Semi-detached villa with large garden and a beautiful private swimming pool, near the centre of Camaiore. On the ground floor, the villa consists of a living area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a room with sofabed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms, a space with two armchairs and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the house is equipped with a masonry structure with barbecue and wood oven. The garden has a splendid swimming pool surrounded by a wide range of garden furniture. The house also has a lovely covered veranda with table and chairs where you can dine and relax. There is private parking available at the house.

Al piano terra l'abitazione è composta da una grande sala con zona TV, una cucina attrezzata con comoda zona pranzo, una saletta con divano letto ed un bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore troviamo due belle camere matrimoniali, un angolo relax con due poltrone ed un bagno con la vasca. All'abitazione è annessa una piccola struttura in muratura con forno a legna e barbecue. Il tutto è circondato da un ampio giardino con piscina in muratura e zona relax, arricchito con una grande scelta di mobili da giardino. Just a few minutes away is Camaiore, memorable for its historic center and romanesque church. Viareggio, a famous seaside resort, made famous for its carnival and floats of "papier mache". Torre del Lago Puccini, a town that takes its name from the composer, every summer, pays homage to its master by hosting the Puccini festival with an outdoor theater overlooking Lake Massaciuccoli, performs works of the composer. Pietrasanta, also called "little Athens" is a city of art with its fortress, historic, craft shops, museums of great sculptors and the local restaurants that overlook the streets of the historic center. Forte dei Marmi, the famous tourist resort, is known throughout the world for the shops and restaurants of luxury. Don't forget relaxing walks in the pine forests off the coast, the Apuan alps and the nightlife of Versilia, full of clubs, discos and attractions of every kind. Other famous art and cultural cities of interest reachable in a short time are Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
