Son entrée indépendante dispose d' un parking privé et fermé permettant de garer la voiture en toute sécurité.
Vous pourrez profiter du soleil toute la journée sur une grande terrasse orientée plein sud, au bord de la piscine privée à l' USAGE EXCLUSIF des locataires et prendre le petit déjeuner ou faire vos grillades ( plancha à gaz ) à l'ombre d'un murier platane.

Depuis le Pradet il vous sera facile d' aller visiter les îles d'Or magnifiques et sauvages faisant partie du parc national de Port-Cros. Toulon et sa rade ( la plus belle d' Europe ) Les villages pittoresques Bormes-les-Mimosas, le Castellet et son arisanat, Bandol... ou tout simplement farniente sur les plages du Monaco, les Bonnettes ou la crique du Pin de Galles ( à 2 pas de la location ).
Pour les sportifs : planche à voile, pirogue polynésienne, kayak et plongée sous-marine sont de rigueur ! ( à La Garonne ) Tennis club Pradetan ( à 10 minutes à pieds de la location )
Pour des ballades à vélos, mis à disposition des locataires, la piste cyclable passe à 50 mètres de la location.

Le jardin étant agrémenté de plantes grasse à épines, nous recommandons à nos locataires d'être particulièrement vigilants en présence de jeunes enfants
L'appartement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite
Le linge de maison ( draps et serviettes de toilette) n'est pas fourni, cependant il est possible de le louer sur demande.

Le propriétaire est présent afin d'assurer l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin ainsi que le bon déroulement de vos vacances.
