Part of a villa situated in the hills of Camaiore, only a few kilometers from the beaches and main attractions. The house is comfortably furnished and has all its rooms on one floor. It has its own entrance and a beautiful large garden. There is a living room with dining area, sofa, fireplace and TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. On the outside, you can enjoy the large private garden with gazebo, wood oven, barbecue and garden furniture. Excellent for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding wildlife. Private parking is available on the property.
Villa bifamiliare situata nella prima collina ed in prossimità del centro storico di Camaiore, a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge e dalle attrazioni della Versilia. L’abitazione, fresca e confortevole è dotata di ingresso autonomo, con un grande giardino e si sviluppa tutta su un livello. Just a few minutes away is Camaiore, memorable for its historic center and the romanesque church. Viareggio, a famous seaside resort, made famous for its carnival and the floats of "papier-mâché". Torre del Lago Puccini, a town that takes its name from the composer, every summer, pays homage to its master by hosting the Puccini festival with an outdoor theater overlooking Lake Massaciuccoli, performing works of the composer. Pietrasanta, also called "little Athens", a city of art with its fortress, historic, craft shops, museums of great sculptors and the local restaurants that overlook the streets of the historic center. Forte dei Marmi, the famous tourist resort, is known throughout the world for its luxury shops and restaurants. Don't forget relaxing walks in the pine forests off the coast, the Apuan alps and the nightlife of Versilia, full of clubs, discos and attractions of every kind. Other famous art and cultural cities of interest reachable in a short time are Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
