Situato al 1° piano è composto da camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello, cucina, bagno con box doccia, ampia terrazza con barbecue, TV, lavatrice e parcheggio auto interno al giardino gratuito. L'appartamento è situato in via Dubrovnik senza numero, dista dalla spiaggia di Torre dell'Orso 800 metri, è ideale per 4 persone ed il prezzo, davvero conveniente, è per un periodo minimo di 7 giorni. Per problemi logistici (dovuti alla ditta delle pulizie) e per problemi personali (lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì) occorre che il check-in ed il check-out siano effettuati ESCLUSIVAMENTE di Sabato.
