New independent Loft, located in grounds of 2300 m², with lawns, trees and flowers. The villa gives onto a paved terrace of approximately 150 m², and has a swimming pool of 11 m X 6 m, with remote controlled aluminium electric bays. Entirely air-conditioned.
The rental is perpendicular to the owners' home, but is private.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners (two people).
The interior of the Loft is in Provence style with very neat decoration.
The property is entirely enclosed and secure.
Garage for one vehicle and car park.
Access to the property via a remote-controlled electric gate.

Loft indépendant neuf, situé dans un parc de 2300 m2, gazonné, boisé et fleuri. La villa donne sur une terrasse dallée d'environ 300 m2, et sur la piscine de 11 m x 8 m, par deux baies aluminium électriques, dont l'une est télécommandée. Location entièrement climatisée.
La location est située perpendiculairement à celle des propriétaires, tout en étant isolée.
La piscine est à partager avec les propriétaires. (deux personnes)
L'intérieur du Loft est de style moderne avec une décoration très soignée.
La propriété est entièrement clôturée et sécurisée.
