San Foca - Villa about 200 metres from the beach. The beach of fine sand is particularly suitable for children. Near the free beach there is also a well organized and well-equipped lido. The villa is furnished with every comfort: tv, washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, double shower, double refrigerator, double washbasin, private parking space. The outside of the villa is large and open and is completely fenced. There are tables and chairs to eat in the open air and there is also a parking space.
Inside the villa there is a large living-room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with every necessity (kitchenware, pans, coffee maker, cups, glasses, etc), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and another outdoor area with washbasin. Behind the villa there is a large pine wood.
The villa is ideal for families with children or for groups of friends. Dogs are welcome. To conclude, there is everything necessary for everyone to enjoy their dream holiday in absolute tranquility.

Spaziosa Villa al piano terra con ingresso indipendente e doppio giardino esclusivo. Situata a 90 metri c.ca dal mare e dal centro di San Foca, la magnifica marina del Salento.
A pochissimi passi dai Lidi e dalla Spiaggia Libera e dai negozietti di ricci e frutti di mare.
Entrando dal cancello, il primo ampio scoperto con piante e fiori e la possibilità di parcheggiare anche l'auto. Confortevole cucina completamente attrezzata con lavabo, posate e utensili da cucina e Tv color. Secondo spazioso scoperto con tavoli e sedie per mangiare e condividere i ricordi durante le serate estive. Tre Camere da letto personalizzabili con letti matrimoniali, singoli anche più di due per camera. Oltre al bagno all'interno dell'alloggio è disponibile in giardino un ulteriore vano con bagno di servizio completo di lavatrice.
Aria condizionata e in ogni vano ampie porte/finestre.
È l’ideale per godersi tutto il Salento in famiglia a due passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia fina.
