San Foca - Villa about 90 metres from the beach. The beach of fine sand is particularly suitable for children. Near the free beach there is also a well organized and well-equipped lido.
The villa is furnished with every comfort: tv, washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, double shower, double refrigerator, double washbasin, private parking space. The outside of the villa is large and open and is completely fenced. There are tables and chairs to eat in the open air and there is also a parking space. Inside the villa there is a large living-room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with every necessity (kitchenware, pans, coffee maker, cups, glasses, etc), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and another outdoor area with washbasin.
Behind the villa there is a large pinewood. The villa is ideal for families with children or for groups of friends. Dogs are welcome.

Un comodissimo barbecue potrà allietare le vostre serate estive Si può mangiare, giocare all’aperto in tutta tranquillità e sicurezza anche per i bambini, è interamente recintata.
