The house has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, flat screen TV, gas grill, 2 fridges, a freezer, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.
It has an open kitchen opening onto the living room of 50 m2 overlooking a wooden terrace of 80 m2. The master suite has a bathroom, another bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a separate toilet is also available.
One bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
Villa récente tout confort sur terrain de 700 m2 avec piscine sécurisée et chauffée (avril à octobre selon température extérieure) . Entièrement clôturée au calme proche centre ville, mer et forêt accessibles par piste cyclable. La maison dispose d'un lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, four, plaque induction, TV écran plat, Plancha,2 frigos, un congélateur, un salon de jardin et 4 bains de soleil.
Elle dispose d'une cuisine américaine ouverte sur le séjour de 50 m2 donnant sur une terrasse en bois de 100m2. La suite parentale avec un lit de 160*200 possède une salle d'eau. Une 2ème salle de bain avec douche à l´italienne et un WC, un WC indépendant sont également disponibles.Une chambre avec lit de 150*190 et une troisième chambre avec 2 lits de 90*190. Un garage de 20 m2 est attenant à la maison.Le parking peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 voitures.
