The house is very large is very pleasant to live because with all the necessary comfort and all the practical utensils and a very large garden with beautiful flowers and plants making this house a relaxing haven. Breakfast on the terrace is possible as well as tanning in private. Rooms have mosquito nets.
The proximity of an excellent bakery, pharmacy and a super U as well as very easy and fast access to the beaches of Canet and the Carrefour hypermarket on the way. Going to the historic center of Perpignan is on foot in 15 minutes leisurely.

Warm welcome, nice house, ..., everything to spend a good time with family!
The outside is still beautiful with lush vegetation and is totally enclosed (perfect if you have an animal, no risk of running away) and barbecue to fully enjoy the stay.
The interior offers us every possible comfort with two fridges, washing machine, linen but above all we enjoyed the air conditioning on the floor in the two rooms which now completes the one of the ground floor.
We find that the house is ideally located (with parking facilities) since it is possible to go in less than 20 minutes on St Cyprien, St. Mary La Mer, Canet and Argelés a little further to mention only these places .
Mr. B. is always so considerate with his warm welcome, many brochures are available on site to give ideas for walking as well as his guestbook with many testimonials from people very justly satisfied with their passage.
