VILLA BANCOT ARCACHON IDÉAL 2-3 p. CHARME ET CONFORT
The spirit of a chalet-type villa and the charm of Arcachon for this pretty independent house of 50m2, built in 2015!
In the neighborhood of Aiguillon, close to the beach and the small port of Arcachon, come and relax near the basin of Arcachon.
Prettily decorated with a zen atmosphere, the villa Bancot offers modern and authentic comfort on two levels, including a wooden terrace for lunch or dinner in complete privacy.

The entrance is via the terrace lined with a hedge.
On the ground floor, you will find a nice living room including the kitchen, the dining area and the living room, opening onto the terrace by a large bay and a large window giving lots of light (East southeast exposure).
The 6m2 bathroom includes a large shower of 80 x 160, a large washbasin, a towel radiator and a separate space for the washing machine and storage space. A door opens into the separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 landing

The center of the Aiguillon area is very close to the house.
This lively area, busy throughout the year, is full of authentic small shops as well as welcoming and friendly restaurants open all year round.
The most beautiful fish shop is also at Aiguillon, a must!

La villa Bancot offre un confort moderne et authentique sur 2 niveaux + belle terrasse en bois.

L’entrée se fait par la terrasse bordée d’une haie végétale.
Au RdC, une agréable pièce à vivre très lumineuse, comprenant la cuisine équipée, le coin repas et la partie séjour. (exposition Est sud-est).

La salle d’eau, de 6m2 comporte une grande douche de 80 x 160, un plan vasque et un espace séparé dans lequel logent la machine à laver le linge et des rangements.
Une porte ouvre sur les toilettes séparées.

A l’étage:
1 ch. avec 1 lit de 180x200, télé écran plat.
1 ch. avec 1 lit de 90 x 190

La villa est très confortable: cuisine très bien équipée.

A deux pas de la plage et à proximité du quartier de l'Aiguillon, vivant, habité à l’année qui regorge de petits commerces authentiques ainsi que de restaurants accueillants et sympathiques ouverts toute l’année.

Place Saint Ferdinand church, a bus stop Eho (free) to go to the train station. From there, you can take the baïa bus (to go to the Dune du Pilat)
SNCF station is 20m walk from the house.

Tous commerces et restaurants à proximité. La plus belle poissonnerie du bassin est à l'Aiguillon, incontournable!

Bus de mer au petit port à 250m en Juillet et août pour rejoindre la jetée Thiers et la jetée du Moulleau. Bus Eho (gratuit) pour aller à la gare SNCF. De là, vous pouvez prendre les bus baïa (par ex: pour aller à la Dune du Pilat)

If you arrive by train:
The train station is 20 minutes walk away. I can pick you up by car!
By car: Located at the entrance of Arcachon, follow the signs to Aiguillon, port of Arcachon. The street is perpendicular to the boulevard de la plage, near Saint Ferdinand Church and the small port.
No problem to park in the street (non paying).

La gare est située à 18' à pied. Je peux venir vous chercher en voiture!
En voiture: Située à l'entrée d' Arcachon, suivre le panneau Aiguillon, port d'Arcachon. La rue est perpendiculaire au boulevard de la plage, à proximité de l'Eglise Saint Ferdinand et du petit port.
