Equipped with color TV-sat, fridge, washing machine, oven, dishes, pots, etc

Outside there is a large shady veranda equipped for eating meals, and there is also a useful barbecue, on the other side a driveway with gate for the private parking space.

The villa is located in a very quiet but central area of Torre Vado, free parking also on the street.

At 200 meters you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias and the buatifull seafront closed to car traffic that hosts many rides for children, car/boat/bike rental and the weekly marketplace

All'esterno una grande veranda ombreggiata attrezzata per mangiare e con un utilissimo barbecue, dall'altro lato un vialetto con cancello per il parcheggio privato.

La villa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma centrale di Torre Vado, parcheggio gratuito anche in strada.

A 200 metri troverete supermercati, ristoranti, bar, pizzerie e il lungomare chiuso al traffico che ospita tante giostre per bambini, noleggio auto / barca / bici e il mercato settimanale
