The new building is located in a residential and exclusive area of Alghero, with all services close by.
The house is bright and well equipped.
There is an open space with kitchen (complete with crockery and appliances) and living room with sofa,TV, veranda overlooking the sea with table and chairs. The bedroom has a standard double bed and attached balcony with clothesline. Bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, home automation system, LED TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, sheets and kitchen linen are included in the price. Private parking available.

The apartment is on the Dante seafront, with easy access to the sea: sandy and pebbly beaches and a platform of rocks where there is a beautiful bathing establishment in the summer (restaurant, bar service and aperitifs at sunset).
Within walking distance, there are restaurants, wine bars, supermarket, news stand, bar, snack bar, pizzeria, laundry, pharmacy, telephone centers, ATM. The old center is in 5 minutes walk. There you can rent bicycles, mopeds, motorbikes and cars.
Sul lungomare Dante ci sono vari accessi al mare: 2 piccole spiagge con sabbia e ciottoli e una piattaforma di scogli con bellissimo stabilimento balneare in estate (servizi di ristorazione, bar, aperitivi al tramonto). Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, wine bar, supermercato, edicola, bar, tavola calda, pizzeria, lavanderia, farmacia, centri per telefonia, bancomat. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro storico, dove è possibile noleggiare biciclette, motorini, moto e auto.
