Very nice house of 85 m² on one floor for 7 people, fully renovated in March 2020, new furniture and equipment. It is in a very quiet private residence, 700m from the beach and 1km from the center of Dolus d'Oléron (market, fishmonger, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors...). The nearby bike paths allow you to reach the sea in less than 3 minutes.

House comprising:
• Large separate kitchen fully equipped with a storeroom: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, kettle, etc.
• Living room with sofa bed, ipod / iphone station and 49 "flat screen TV (freebox or satellite TV), Ps3 playstation with twenty video games.
