In the heart of the Massif des Trois Pignons, you'll appreciate the "Maison dans la Forêt de Fontainebleau" for its comfort and its proximity to sites of rock climbing, hiking and cycling. Ideal for a family reunion or a holiday with friends.
The kitchen is large and furnished with all comforts, the dining room opens onto the pine woods, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a large TV lounge and games, and a bathroom.
From the pool you can enjoy the beauty of this landscape of forests and plains and go for beautiful walks full of surprises.
In the garden, behind the hazel tree, a door will lead you to the secrets of the forest: The Circuit des 25 bosses, a walk in the closed valley, the Gorges de Franchard. And Paris is only 50 minutes away, so it's still close and yet far away…
"La Maison dans la Forêt de Fontainebleau" bénéficie du label "Valeur Parc" du Parc Naturel Régional du Gâtinais. Elle située en pleine forêt, au départ des chemins de randonnée, connue des amateurs d'escalade. La région riche de culture, de châteaux, de patrimoine et de nature.
Situation dans une propriété privée de 3000m2 avec accès exclusif à la piscine couverte située dans la partie propriétaire chaque jour de 13h à 19h de mai à octobre. A disposition : Crashpads pour la grimpe et VTT/Vélo.
Grande cuisine aménagée : lave linge, sèche linge, frigo, congélateur, four et hotte aspirante, micro-ondes, plaques électriques à induction, lave vaisselle, machines à café ... La salle à manger s'ouvre sur le sous-bois.
A l'étage 2 chambres séparées par un grand salon TV. Salle de bain et toilettes.
Une borne de chargement véhicule électrique. Un salon de jardin et table à manger, coin détente sous les pins. On peut y manger, jouer au ping pong, babyfoot, somnoler sous les arbres.
