In a large villa by the sea, cosy one bedroom apartment with separate entrance, nice big garden and direct access to the beach. Double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a double bed that turns into 2 separate beds if necessary.
In front of Tavolara island in a splendid Mediterranean setting. Ideal for families and to enjoy the sea in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
We highly recommend you have a car to get to the nearest shops and supermarket while access to the sea is just a few steps away.

La casa si trova a 6 km dall'aeroporto di Olbia, con un giardino comune grande e ombreggiato e con la possiblità di organizzare barbeque. From Olbia Port follow the signs to the airport and then Porto San Paolo. In Murta Maria there is a roundabout to Porto Istana. It's 14 km from the port and 10 km from the airport

For those coming from the south, follow signs to Porto San Paolo and continue towards Olbia. When in Murta Maria follow the signs to to Porto Istana.
