Only downside: the cabin boys' room not very suitable for BBs: indeed a couple of parents were in the studio, so it was difficult to cross the large room to go see the parents!
Ideal for older children less for little ones.
Outdoor ideal for children.

FRANKLY, NOTHING IS MISSING.
VERY NICE GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION FOR VISITING THE ISLAND.
WE HAD TAKEN OUR BIKES AND RENT A BIKE ON SITE AT THE VILLA.
BIKE PATHS LEAVING THE HOUSE.
WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON.
The house is spacious, comfortable, well decorated; all comfort equipment is present. Ideal rental for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The owner and her on-site assistant are always available if needed.

The house is quiet in the bottom of a dead end (no car traffic), ideally located, next to St Pierre (one of the largest city of Oléron (covered market open every day), two kilometers from one of the most beautiful beach on the island (to go by bike), nothing to complain about this service of high standing, especially compared to the very competitive price.
This rental has had no reviews with less than 4 out of 5 and there have been no complaints.
