In a hamlet close to Parc National des Ecrins, very near the lake of Serre Ponçon and the town of Embrun.
Many footpaths around the chalet, bathing and water sports in the lake.
Beautiful chalet for 5 people with a garden. It was given a 2-star classification by the department of Hautes Alpes.
The chalet is recent (2007), situated at 1150m, south-facing, with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake.
ground floor: large living room with a kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, electric coffee machine, fridge with deep freeze,and washing machine) and WC
first floor: two bedrooms, mezzanine and shower room.
Two terraces, one south and the other east-facing to have breakfast, with barbecue and garden furniture
Parking for two cars.
Dans hameau en bordure du Parc National des Ecrins, à quelques km du lac de Serre Poncçon et de la ville d'Embrun, beau chalet sur terrain de 1000m°.
Nombreuses randonnées aux alentours sur sentiers de petite et grande randonnée, baignade et activités nautiques au plan d'eau d'Embrun ou au lac de Serre Ponçon.

Il comprend une pièce à vivre spacieuse et lumineuse avec cuisine intégrée (lave- vaisselle, micro onde , plaque à induction , four électrique , cafetière électrique , réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur et lave linge ) et des toilettes au rez de chaussée . A l'étage deux chambres , une mezzanine et une salle d'eau.
Deux terrasses , une au sud (avec pergola) et l'autre à l'est pour le petit déjeuner ( barbecue et meubles de jardin )
