The house is located in the district of Castelluzzo, a lovely area of San Vito lo Capo set in a splendid landscape and environmental setting.
It has two floors and outside is a large wooden veranda covered with a tiled roof. The brick kitchen, carefully crafted by skilled local wood and stone craftsmen, has some references to local majolica. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, located together with the bathroom on the upper floor, can comfortably accommodate a family.
The living area on the ground floor is made up of two areas: the living/dining room and the kitchen from where you access the external veranda area. The large bathroom on the ground floor, the second of the house, which is accessed through a hallway, adds extra comfort not always obtainable in other holiday homes.
La casa è ubicata nel tessuto urbano di Castelluzzo, graziosa contrada di San Vito lo Capo incastonata in uno splendido scenario paesaggistico e ambientale.
Si sviluppa su due livelli ed all'esterno è dotata di un'ampia veranda in legno coperta con tettoia in tegole. La cucina, in muratura, realizzata con cura da abili artigiani locali del legno e della pietra, riporta alcuni richiami con maioliche locali. Le due camere, una matrimoniale ed una doppia, poste insieme al bagno al piano superiore, consentono di ospitare comodamente una famiglia.
La zona giorno, al piano terra, si compone di due aree: quella del soggiorno/pranzo e l'altra della cucina da dove si accede all'area esterna verandata. L'ampio bagno del piano terra, il secondo della casa, al quale si accede attraverso un disimpegno, aggiunge una comodità in più non sempre ottenibile in altre case vacanza.
