Living room with view, 3 bedrooms (two of them have double beds and one with two single beds), 3 bathrooms, private garden, veranda with furniture which can be used to eat outside, pool, 2 parking spaces in the garage, automatic gate. 10000 mq of garden, 50 mq of veranda. There are three bathrooms: two with shower and one has a toilet.
The owner will take care of the garden, advising the guests about his arrival time.
