The villa is away from the busy streets but close to amenities; just a 5-minute drive away, you can reach the historic center of Casarano, particularly renowned for the decoration using the most famous local stone, the "carparo".
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room with star vaults and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a veranda equipped for outdoor dining.
A staircase with white walls and a ceiling made of Salento tuff leads to the first floor, which is independent and air-conditioned. It comprises a spacious living room with wooden furnishings and a sumptuous fireplace carved in "carparo", typical of the Lecce Baroque style, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Al piano terra , 2 camere da letto ,una sala da pranzo con volte a stella e tv, una cucina attrezzata, completa di lavastoviglie; un bagno con doccia e lavatrice; un porticato attrezzato per pranzo o cena all’aperto.
Una scalinata con pareti bianche e soffitto in tufi salentini porta al primo piano, indipendente e climatizzato, composto da un ampio soggiorno con arredi in legno e un sontuoso caminetto scolpito nel carparo , tipico del barocco Leccese, 2 camere da letto , 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata.
Nell'area del giardino vi è un campo da tennis/calcetto .
