Villa in residence “pieds dans l’eau”, quiet, enchanting place.

Ideally located, it is a comfortable villa of 65 m2 in a residence directly on a beach which is offered to you, on the peninsula of Benedettu (municipality of Lecci de Porto Vecchio). Outside, you will appreciate the charm of its granite stones, the tranquillity and space of its large exotic wooden terrace, inside the modern style and "design", the practicality and arrangement of the rooms as well as the air conditioning. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet (with sink).
Surrounded by vegetation, there is no sea view from the villa, but walking less than 100 meters on a tree-lined path (and without having to cross the road), you arrive on the beautiful beach of Benedettu which is along the residence, the water is crystal clear. The mini villa is classified “meublé de tourisme” with 3 star tourism.
The Benedettu Peninsula (“blessed place”) is a place of all beauty, quiet, in the middle of nature. Coves with pink granite boulders and a sparsely populated wild beach are just a few dozen meters away.
Immediate access to the Golfo di Sogno, windsurfing and kitesurfing spots.

Idéalement située, c’est une villa tout confort de 65 m2 dans une résidence « pieds dans l'eau » qui vous est proposée, sur la presqu'île du Benedettu (commune de Lecci de Porto Vecchio). A l’extérieur, vous apprécierez le charme de ses pierres de granit, la tranquillité et l'espace de sa grande terrasse en bois exotique, à l’intérieur le style moderne et « design », la praticité et l'agencement des pièces et la climatisation. Elle comporte 3 chambres, un salon avec espace cuisine, une salle de bain et un WC séparé (avec lavabo).
Entouré de végétation, vous ne disposez pas de la vue mer depuis la villa, mais en parcourant moins de 100 mètres à pieds sur un chemin arboré (et sans avoir à traverser de route), vous arrivez sur la très belle plage du Benedettu qui longe la résidence, eau cristalline. La mini-villa est classée meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles.
La Presqu’île du Benedettu (« lieu béni ») est un lieu de toute beauté, calme, en pleine nature. Des criques aux rochers de granit rose et une plage sauvage peu fréquentée se trouvent à quelques dizaines de mètres.
Accès immédiat au Golfo di Sogno, spot de windsurf et kitesurf.

The Benedettu peninsula has remained an intact and wild place, with a beautiful nature. On the side of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio are the beaches (Benedettu, Cala Rossa) surrounded by coves and granite rocks. On the other side of the Peninsula (2-min walk from the mini-villa) stretches the Golfo di Sogno, as well as a shallow lagoon, rich in shells, with Bavella mountains in the background . Cala Rossa is 2 km away and Saint Cyprien is at about 5 km.
