In Tuscany, San Vincenzo, large two-room apartment, located in the higher part of ​​the village called "La Piana".
Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area with ample parking space, the apartment is 50 meters above sea level. The beach is reachable on foot in 15 minutes (about 500m), going down 60 steps.
The apartment is 65 square meters including two terraces of 15 square meters, on the first floor in a condominium of two, consisting of:
entrance, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed,
bedroom with double bed and very solid bunk bed,
bathroom with shower box,
shaded west terrace with table and chairs that can be used for lunch and dinner,
east-facing terrace equipped with washing machine, sink and drying rack.
The apartment has been renovated with new electrical-gas-water systems, new furnishings and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes, etc., oven, fridge/freezer, 32 "LED TV.
In the apartment there is also a camping cot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Impianti, elettrodomestici ed arredamento sono stati completamente rinnovati.
Sono presenti un letto matrimoniale, un letto a castello, un divano letto matrimoniale; il bagno è con box doccia.
Trovate tutte le stoviglie necessarie, forno, frigo con congelatore, TV Led.
Nell'appartamento sono presenti inoltre un lettino da campeggio, asse e ferro da stiro, e un phon.
Biancheria da portare, animali domestici non ammessi.

La distanza dal centro e dal nuovo porto turistico è di 10min a piedi, attraverso un percorso pedonale con alcuni gradini.

Arrivo previsto ore 16, partenza entro le 10.
