Fully renovated (2021), furnished and equipped studio in the historic center of Pisciotta, a medieval village on a hill 15 minutes' walk from the sea. The studio has a double sofa bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. There's a spacious bathroom with a large shower stall, a living room and a kitchen with oven and microwave, plus a cupboard room with washing machine.

The guest access is from a pedestrian alley, a few steps from a very quiet street with free public parking. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Pisciotta, a picturesque village with beautiful pedestrian alleys, wonderful views of the sea and surrounding hills, all within the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park.

From the house, you can go down to the sea (reaching the fraction of Marina di Pisciotta) via a small pedestrian street with some steps, passing by the two historic churches of Madonna dell'Assunta and Madonna di Porto Salvo.

From the house you have access to beautiful walks to through the beauties of Cilento, including the gigantic centuries-old olive trees, whose variety comes from the name of the village itself: "Ulivo Pisciottano".

Il locale dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale e di un soppalco con due letti singoli. Bagno grande e spazioso con ampia cabina doccia, soggiorno con cucina con forno e microonde. Guardaroba con lavatrice.

Accesso da vicolo pedonale, a 5 metri da strada interna e silenziosissima, con parcheggio libero. L’appartamento è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Pisciotta, caratteristico borgo con bellissimi vicoli pedonali, meravigliose viste sul mare e le colline circostanti, tutto all’interno del Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano.

Dalla casa si scende a mare (località Marina di Pisciotta, (700 metri in linea d'aria) con una stradina pedonale con tratti di scale, passando dalle due storiche chiese di Madonna dell’Assunta e la Madonna di Porto Salvo. Ritorno agevole in bus navetta o in salita a piedi.

At sunset on the benches under the linden trees, people drink aperitifs or sip lemon granita next to old men playing cards. There are several bars, pizzerias and great local restaurants.
