Lovely 2-room apartment, very quiet, new, with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 2 bikes.

In a pleasant and relaxing setting, you will appreciate its small, very calm and tree-lined garden as well as its terrace.

The garden is "L" shaped and is sunny and/or shady throughout the day according to your taste.

The entrance, the parking area, the garden, everything is independent and private.

Bright, spacious, zen decor, and impeccable cleanliness.

The bedroom has two beds that can be pushed together, new mattresses with memory foam. Large storage cabinet.
Convertible sofa also new (large size) with an excellent quality mattress.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped, (everything is there!), open to the living room, with a large bay window overlooking the terrace. New Italian shower.

The entrance, garden, terrace and parking area are completely private.
