From the motorway A1:
Leave the tollbooth of Valdichiana.
Take the motorway in the direction to PERUGIA, get out at the following exit (FOIANO DELLA CHIANA - CORTONA). Follow the directions to Foiano and after 400 metres, turn right towards FRATTA S. CATERINA. After 2.8 kilometres, near a ruined house, turn right up the street (for about 100 mt) and on the left you will find CASA DEI PINI.
Dall'autostrada A1:

Uscire al casello Valdichiana. Prendere la Superstrada in direzione Perugia, uscire all'uscita successiva ( FOIANO DELLA CHIANA - CORTONA ), all'uscita seguire indicazione per FOIANO dopo mt 400 girare a destra in direzione FRATTA S. CATERINA, dopo km 2.8 in prossimità di una antica casa leopoldina diruta girare a destra, salire la strada che sale per circa mt 200 e sulla vostra sinistra troverete CASA DEI PINI.

Da Cortona:

Dalle mura esterne dopo il piazzale del Mercato, girare a sinistra in direzione Arezzo (di fronte a Porta S. Maria) proseguire per la discesa per circa km 2 fino all'incrocio, proseguire per km 3.5 dritto in direzione S.CATERINA-FRATTA, al bivio seguire indicazione CRETI, proseguire per km 3 , girare a destra, seguendo sempre indicazione CRETI, dopo km 6 circa al bivio girare a sinistra, continuare per mt 800, al bivio proseguire ancora dritto per circa mt 700 e sulla vostra destra troverete la CASA DEI PINI.
